The shirts looked good on the website. Every single other thing about the transition was a complete and total mess. Epic failure. I will not do business with TVP again and can’t recommend them. Too long to process my order and failure to respond timely to email inquiries. If you can’t meet (over even come close to) the date that YOU stated, maybe shoot your customer a quick email and say “We can’t honor our commitment. Do you want your money back? Instead the issue and email just get ignored.
