Sizing is wrong. Pictured is my ladies small on top of it is your ladies Medium I wear a small but ordered a medium for more room but this is like a child size. I have written at least 5 times to you to exchange but I get no help. I also ordered twice men’s size XL and they were fine. I am very disappointed with you.

They send canned answers and fill your email with advertisements. It seems to be impossible to get a refund. When you pay for 5-7 day shipping that takes over a month to receive a product it will definitely turn you off from buying again no matter what the cause is for. Maybe start with upfront advertising and have someone answer your customer service line.
