It was a great shopping experience.

I think one way you could improve is by making it clear that you sell two different brands of shirts. One is Next Level, and the other is a different brand that has a tag. I previously ordered a size small and received the shirt without the tag, and that one fit me correctly. I recently ordered another shirt in a size small, but this time I received a Next Level brand shirt. That brand runs much smaller, so unfortunately the shirt does not fit me. I never received a response on the emails I had sent. My order took almost a month to arrive.

Items I ordered were easy to order, product is of great quality, fit is true to size, I like the length is a little longer. Very happy with my order, look forward to my next order. This is an awesome service you provide to those lost in serving our great country. It's sad in a way that someone like you has to step up where are country let's our veterans down and at times forgotten. I love what you are doing and stand for. God Bless America

No response to voicemail I left to inform them of inaccurate sizing issue. I would like to return but I heard nothing back. Never ordering again. You don't cate about your customers.

Easy ordering, but I'm not given an option to sign in anymore for free shipping. It's okay, I don't mind it, but it's changed a bit.

It took over a month to get notification that my order was going to be shipped. I sent 2 emails to customer service and did not receive a response. The lack of communication was disappointing.
