I had a fellow Marine in a bad way, and that shirt was meant for him when he needed the message behind it most. That is why a 30+ day delay matters. Every order has a story behind it, and sometimes the need is far more important than the shirt itself.

Horrible customer service. Took seven weeks to receive the 9/11 shirt (2 weeks after 9/11). I demanded a refund after about five weeks but instead of sending the refund the shirt finally shipped but showed up 2 weeks too late when it was no longer useful or wanted. And still no refund.

Ordered 9/11 shirt 8/11, and order stated would be sent out next day and arrive in 7-10 days. Very difficult to send enquiry. Sent several emails to check status of order. After about 5 inquiries finally received renal stating you ran out and had to have more shirts made. Whole reason I bought shirt for my husband was to wear on .25th Anniversary of 9/11. Shirt arrived finally on .9/23. Will not order again
