The video assemble instructions are very clear, making the job easier. This one piece of equipment gives a greater range of exercises.

Obviously would like it to be cheaper (and I only bought it because of the black Friday sale). The leg extension feels really awkward and I was disappointed in that but pleasantly surprised by how good the hamstring curl is!

Website very easy to use, delivery was next day and the day after as order was split. Very easy to set up once unpacked because of the very simple video demonstrations. Very helpful and fast with any questions asked via Facebook messenger.

My overall experience with FA, has been very good, any queries I have had have been answered promptly, I did have one issue with a GHD attachment and it was resolved very quickly without quibble. I believe FA’s attitude to customers and dedication to Customer Service and customer experience is fantastic. I think this ethos will ensure FA is a company who will be around for years to come. My One gripe is the lack of product inter compatibility, ie between the hyper pro, and their new bench.

Great product. The building time is ‘substantial’ but instructions are clear.

I have enjoyed using the equipment very much so and have noticed a significant improvement in my lower body mobility and strength. However I am disappointed that after reaching out to your team to explain a safety concern that I have encountered, nobody has contacted me to ensure me that they have received my message and are looking into the production of the leg developer attachment piece of equipment. I believe that this error could be really dangerous and could cause significant injury.

Order equipment told company on several occasions that I was unable to take delivery of equipment until a specific date. I was assured that they would deliver in on or after the date I requested. I purchased the equipment and it was delivered the within two days not the date I had requested as I was unable to accept it as I was out of the country. Fortunately my elderly next door neighbour stored it in his garage until my return .

Delivery was super quick after ordering and customer services was the best I could ask for if there was a problem.
