Great communication and everything arrived correctly. BUT it did take months and months after I’d paid to actually arrive. This was all explained at the start so no complaints on that front but it was a very long wait.

Delivery took longer than promised

Great bit of kit. There was a slight delay on arrival of the leg developer but I was informed this was due to a problem at customs.

Delayed leg extension machine was annoying

Delivery time was reasonable and notice and cause was given on time for the delay but the improvement made was worth it.

My purchase of the freak athlete, wasn't great as i didn't get all parts in my box. I did communication this to freak athlete equipment correspondence was slow. Eventually i was contacted by the owner, after the last email i sent. The response was incredibly quick. I was contacted by owners, regarding my issues and they tried to sort all outstanding problems i was having. I received a video to help with an issue, with the locking out of the nordic hyper GHD. Quick and easy, help and professional. Any, all issues resolved very happy with the support. So if you do have any problem please do contact freak athlete they will help.

Waited too long!

Very good initial delivery but personally I don't like the continually changing the leg unit supply date. Getting excited then disappointed is not a process I enjoy. Even if you have reasons.

Bit of a delay on shipping over 6 months. Communication could be better but the product is excellent. Worth the wait.

10/10 - Only negative was the time waiting for delivery from order. Order placed at end of Aug 2024 - Delivered end of October

Really simple and easy, still waiting for the leg extension and hamstring curl part but it clearly said when I ordered that this would be dispatched later so it's not late or anything. Looking forward to the rest of it arriving
