The shopping was fine but something happened, I think with the shipping. The label was made per the notification I got & while I was tracking it, it just fell off the radar. I contacted Callixe customer service as to where my item was. It was reported that it was lost in the mailing system & went about correcting it right away. All in all, it was more than a month from the time I ordered it until it was recv'd but I love it!
Sometimes stuff happens but it was taken care of as quick as it could.
