I have very mixed feelings. I thought it was a sleep pillow, but it’s not. The massager is not firm or aggressive but it’s loud loud loud. The heat is amazing. The traction is amazing. The smell of the motor working smells quite toxic. It is really relaxing to lay on. Sorry if this isn’t helpful. It’s definitely a 50/50

The BEST neck massager I've ever had or tried- and I've owned three different brands before finding Callixe. Truly comfortable, soft, enjoyable massage experience and the message settings do so much more than the others I've tried, too. Usually they just rotate in a circular pattern- but Callixe offers a dynamic mix of pulsing vibrations and pressure that really relevies the pressure and tension I feel in my neck and shoulders. I have used this pillow consistently for a few days for 30 min each day and I already feel a difference it’s incredible. My neck no longer feels like it’s tight and/or in knots. My pain has minimized tremendously. I usually use a few salon pas pain patches throughout the day and I haven’t used them since I’ve been using this pillow. Highly recommend!! I also like how I can just use different settings. Sometimes I just like the heat on my neck it’s so nice and relaxing.

I had surgery in November and I was looking for a pillow that I could use to help my neck because it is not doing very well. I purchased two other pillows for $100 each and then a therapist recommended one with a massage so I went looking and I found this one. It is very intense at each level of the massage. And the heat is very warm. If you can tolerate a lot of heat, I would recommend putting a towel if you’re putting on your bare skin. But I love it.

I absolutely love this little neck massager. I have looked for quite awhile for something like this, but the others never went high enough up on my neck. This one hits just the right spot! It also has heat as well as five or so different massages. When you turn it on it will do one of each massage, then start all over and it runs for 30 minutes before automatically turning off. I love this so much! All the options and settings allows me to use it daily and direct the what kind of therapy I need at the time. How or low heat, adjustable massage levels or none at all. The timer choices allow me to rest easily. I liked it so much I gave one to my 79 year old mother.
