I was skeptical at first because when I got my item, I didn't read the instructions on how to turn it on and sent it back because I thought it was broken. The company had me send it back and sent me a new one. I charged it and pressed the button, however it just flashed like it needed to be charged, so after reading the instruction I held the on button down for 5 seconds and sure enough it worked. Thank you for being honest & patient.

The only thing worth mentioning is that it seemed to take ages to arrive. I tracked it on a number occasions and while the pillow seemed to be constantly on the move, it seemed to get stuck in customs for too long.
