The product is wonderful, however ordering was confusing. When going to checkout they have an offerto reduce the price. Ithought it was for my current order, but evidently it’s for an additional order. So at final payment there are two of the product when only one was desired. Then it was a hassle to get it resolved. Fortunately they are compassionate and listened to my predicament. I am old and not real good with online orders. They resolved my order and I have purchased more.

Buying was no problem. Just the product was awful and the return process is kinda sucky too. There is NO information jin the account I created about it being returned or anything. You have to have the super secret return email with the super secret address to send it back.
