Horrible. All around. Packaging was terrible, item was thrown in a bag and wrapped in packaging tape. No protection, nothing. If you were looking for a good first impression- thumbs down. Then we went to work it. Cheap buttons, didn’t keep a charge. So embarrassed. It was a gift to my bf who’s suffering from chronic neck pain.
