Buying was easy enough. The product turned up without notice. Fortunately I was in. I returned the item back to the showroom (100 mile round trip) as I thought the courier returns process was a bit of a pain and this would be far easier, also entitling me to a refund more swiftly. However, I had to wait 2 weeks for the refund to be approved, and finally received it 4 weeks later. The customer service phone line is a joke as they never answer it. I phoned the showroom and the staff there were lovely and polite and managed to sort the issue out for me so thank you to them.
