Absolutely love my new bathroom When we first went to choose it the staff were really friendly and helped us choose what we wanted . We had trouble getting a plumber so they stored our bathroom for over 4 months which was a great help I would definitely recommend this company to anyone .

This return should have been brought when I purchased the shower, but I didn’t know what it was for. Anyway, after suffering the splash out from the shower I brought the part. I noticed that the return doesn’t sit flat on the shower tray, sitting on the lip of the tray at 90 degrees leaving a gap of about 25mm at the bottom. Good quality screen. No horrid little corners or overlapping doors which are almost impossible to clean properly. Lovely streamlined appearance. There was a bit of a delay on delivery, but when I alerted customer services it all got sorted out quickly with apologies. So good all round.

I made a mistake in ordering because the tray is a seperate item to the glass surround. I thought they came together as shown in the picture, which was misleading and this caused a delay for the builders. The final result though was great as it fitted snugly into a small space.

Fits perfectly. Contractor did remove and replace the bottom row of tiles (easily done). Why in earth a 1400 tray was installed prior to this- I don't know! Very happy. Tray is non slip and just a pleasure to use the bathroom now.

Great and fits in the small bathroom space I have. This replaced a unit that only lasted a year from a well known DIY store. The design of this one looks much stronger and the vineer looks to be good quality. It only took half a day to fit and plumb in.

For the price the quality is really good. Only thing that let it down was the bath panel is flimsy and didn't come with any fittings, I had to glue blocks of wood under the lip of the bath to hold panel clips which I had to purchase myself.

The first one arrived damaged but they gave us a new one. The shower tray looked great but the drain was in the wrong place for the floor arrangements. We hadn't unwrapped it so they let us return it. They refunded us eventually. The replacement tray also from welove was more expensive but we're delighted with it. Saw this towel rack in your Wigan store my husband and I both liked it and thought it would compliment the space above the radiator in our newly finished bathroom. Simple, Good quality and reasonable price. Although there is not much space left in the cabinet , i can only put two roll of toilet papers in, but that’s good enough I think. I didn’t expect much from this small vanity. I purchased a fairly long tap so the hand washing space can be closed to the middle of the sink.

Love the shower, managed to erect and install myself but 2 people would definitely be easier. It’s fairly robust but don’t advise leaning against it with to much weight , my only criticism are the door magnets, could do with an overlapping lip and stronger magnetic force.
