Absolutely love my new bathroom When we first went to choose it the staff were really friendly and helped us choose what we wanted . We had trouble getting a plumber so they stored our bathroom for over 4 months which was a great help I would definitely recommend this company to anyone .

This return should have been brought when I purchased the shower, but I didn’t know what it was for. Anyway, after suffering the splash out from the shower I brought the part. I noticed that the return doesn’t sit flat on the shower tray, sitting on the lip of the tray at 90 degrees leaving a gap of about 25mm at the bottom. Good quality screen. No horrid little corners or overlapping doors which are almost impossible to clean properly. Lovely streamlined appearance. There was a bit of a delay on delivery, but when I alerted customer services it all got sorted out quickly with apologies. So good all round.

I made a mistake in ordering because the tray is a seperate item to the glass surround. I thought they came together as shown in the picture, which was misleading and this caused a delay for the builders. The final result though was great as it fitted snugly into a small space.

Fits perfectly. Contractor did remove and replace the bottom row of tiles (easily done). Why in earth a 1400 tray was installed prior to this- I don't know! Very happy. Tray is non slip and just a pleasure to use the bathroom now.

Great and fits in the small bathroom space I have. This replaced a unit that only lasted a year from a well known DIY store. The design of this one looks much stronger and the vineer looks to be good quality. It only took half a day to fit and plumb in.

We’ve only just installed the shower and the screen (plus the wall unit which has been up since we bought it). Hubby has done a great job and the shower is brilliant. I like the way that you can turn the bath “tap” over the bath and store it away when not in use, so ingenious ! We bought a vanity unit too and costs hundred’s less than anywhere else - but the quality is exceptional.

Solid heavy unit a lot shallower than our previous one but empties fine using one of the recommended fast flow waste traps. Difficult to find 700mm tray so pleased to find. Prompt named day delivery very happy with the purchase and service! Another item was OOS they contacted me to offer an alternative item which is excellent service.

We couldn’t ask for better service. The vanity unit is wonderful. Looks lovely and expensive and solid. The plumber said it was easy to fit too. Customer service was great too. Had an issue with another item but it didn’t hold the delivery up and they were very quick to find a solution (gave me three options). I have used We Love a fair bit now and never had an issue. We have renovated 3 bathrooms with them.

For the price the quality is really good. Only thing that let it down was the bath panel is flimsy and didn't come with any fittings, I had to glue blocks of wood under the lip of the bath to hold panel clips which I had to purchase myself.
