Longer than expected wait for delivery with no contact but as soon as I messaged querying it they got in touch with the department involved and it arrived within a few days. Very quick response and bathroom suite is all in tact, accounted for and looks fab now it's in! Was a bit worried with the other reviews but all good here 👍

we ordered online because we wanted L shape bath at 1600. the delivery time was very quick and the price was amazing. it’s a great bath good for relaxing. a good size. fits the shower with loads of room and has a gentle slope for relaxing. the shower screen included is great but wish it was about an inch longer just to cover a bit more but i think it’s our shower that sticks out that means water pools not the fault of the screen or the bath. would buy from them again.

Excellent service for my new bathroom suite. Received the wrong size vanity unit and basin but was sent the correct size and had the other unit collected within days of reporting this. Only downside was that the toilet didn’t come with a pan fixing kit. May not be a usual thing to include within a suite but I’d have at least expected to have these included. Besides this perfect service!

Absolutley love the bath and the shower screen really tops its off waiting for my 3rd bath panel to arrive though as others were both cracked though I may add customer service have been great in sending replacements hopefully 3rd time lucky

Product was good but customer service was terrible. They forgot to arrange the delivery in time even though I paid extra for express delivery. When I called to ask if it’s being delivered in that specific day they said no for no reason and they we’re trying to convince me to get it delivered after a week. They refunded me the express delivery fee and sent me the bath 2 days later without legs. The person I was talking to was almost rude. Bad experience overall, as I had the job started and could...

Looks lovely. It’s a swinging one so be aware that you WILL NOT be able to mount it to a stud wall unless it is firmly screwed in to wooden joists or whatever they are called. Unless you have a very skilled joiner/bathroom fitter they won’t be able to mount this on a partition or hollow wall (mine had to work some magic attaching something to the bottom so it rests on the bath and the wall doesn’t get all the weight).

Good quality screen. No horrid little corners or overlapping doors which are almost impossible to clean properly. Lovely streamlined appearance. There was a bit of a delay on delivery, but when I alerted customer services it all got sorted out quickly with apologies. So good all round.

Unbelievable value, highly recommended. Looks sleek, clean and minimal. I needed a smaller sink so the one in the picture isn’t the sink that comes with the set but I just sold that one and it was still FAR better value for money than buying everything separately.

It took me months to find a sturdy flexitub, and I am extremely happy with these due to the fact they are of "trade" quality. These tubs are designed to take a beating and can last for years. I bought four and was thrilled with them that I ordered some more. I've owned one of these tubs for years and is hasn't ruptured or split like the cheap ones. The brand name has changed but the product is the same and worth every penny.

Quick delivery. Excellent value. Decent quality vanity basin unit. The only downside is that because it is a compact basin unit i found that i splashed quite a lot when washing my face. For a main bathroom if you have space a deeper basin may be better. Otherwise would definitely recommend
