Very nice shower door/ enclosure the exact same Victoria plumbing sell for nearly double the price. Arrived slightly damaged but managed to bend the parts back to shape, Instructions not entirely clear but easy enough to work out after a bit of head scratching. Complements the our ensuite nicely.

Original unit arrived and was damaged. Took a while for the replacement to arrive and was told this was due to Easter break and a staff shortage. Unit has now arrived. It has not yet been.put in situ but looks a nice peice of kit, will fit nicely in.the utility room and looks to have a really nice finish.

Product is good. Disappointed by decision not to replace the toilet seat when I reported a cracked cover because I didn't report it within 72 hours. Who would open the box when it had no visible damage. My fitter couldn't come to start for a week. It is obviously a GENUINE claim.

The bathroom suite is lovely it is of good quality and looks more expensive than it was. Ordering was simple and delivery would have been quick if We love bathrooms hadn’t given the courier the wrong phone number, the delivery address was an empty house that we are renovating and we didn’t get a call so they took the bathrooms suite back and it took me 2 weeks to finally get it but it was worth waiting for.

Easy to put together and the roller door seems nice and smooth when opening and closing .the only thing I'd do when fitting is silicone underneath and the back of the profiles to make sure of a good mastic seal .pretty good value for money over all

The shower arrived with no problem, to check off when the driver is there, could be made easier with a picture of the parts. The shower looks great and was reasonably easy to put together. Everything was as described, and the instructions were easy to follow. I made a mistake when checking off the items and rang welovecouk, couldn’t get through but sent them a message on email and got a quick reply.

Units look good, and serve the purpose intended. However, all the drawers are the same depth, yet appearance would suggest that the top drawer is the shallowest draw and the lower drawers are much deeper. I cannot see why the lower drawers are not deeper, which is a shame. Apart from this the cabinets seem to be well constructed and provide the additional storage I required.

Very pleased with quality and finish of this unit. Design enables panel on concealed cistern to be removed if required. Packaging and delivery very good. At time of order unsure about polymarble sink but very impressed with it and the fact it’s one piece across the whole unit. Very happy.
