After a little confusion over the delivery, arrived safe and sound. Delighted with the quality, a lovely high gloss finish, and a gorgeous huge wash basin. Looks more expensive than the cost. It has finished off our bathroom refurbishment lovely. We purchased from the internet without seeing the item, but the WeLove team were always available on the phone or online chat to ask any questions. Would definitely recommend the company.

Delivery took around a week or so, which seemed like a while but they may have advised that wait when purchasing, can't remember. No broken tiles which was a nice surprise. I was pleasantly surprised how good they look when up and I personally love the decor mix, very pretty. I think they're quite a personal choice for tiles, but it's nice to see a bit of personality in a bathroom and kitchen. The bath itself is very sturdy and looks fantastic with the shower screen. It's very well made. However, the panel arrived damaged but it was replaced quickly and without question. The panel is a bit flimsy but it doesn't take away from the overall lok. Would definitely recommend.

Unit arrived broken, I think this was down to the courier as I’ve had bad bad experiences before . It was quite difficult to contact your company but eventually a new unit was sent with different courier. I was left to dispose of broken unit and as I’m disabled I had to pay someone to take it to the tip which is 5 mile away. Now that it’s installed I am delighted with the unit it works well looks well and was a good price. John Clarke

We have two separate orders. First no issues - second one item was missing in the package one rubber seal - we have received replacement in wrong colour the second replacement was right. No other company had the range of vanity units that could be easily adapted to fit the space occupied by a 20 year old vanity unit that had deteriorated with wear and water damage. Brilliant service, excellent delivery and I'm extremely happy with the end results. Fantastic package, bathroom looks fabulous and I added the Nova 900mm mirrored cabinet to finish the room off. The taps are a decent weight and quality, the only thing I changed was the bath waste as I wanted a pop up one! Really delighted with the results! The service and products have been faultless.

we ordered online because we wanted L shape bath at 1600. the delivery time was very quick and the price was amazing. it’s a great bath good for relaxing. a good size. fits the shower with loads of room and has a gentle slope for relaxing. the shower screen included is great but wish it was about an inch longer just to cover a bit more but i think it’s our shower that sticks out that means water pools not the fault of the screen or the bath. would buy from them again.

Excellent service for my new bathroom suite. Received the wrong size vanity unit and basin but was sent the correct size and had the other unit collected within days of reporting this. Only downside was that the toilet didn’t come with a pan fixing kit. May not be a usual thing to include within a suite but I’d have at least expected to have these included. Besides this perfect service!

Looks lovely. It’s a swinging one so be aware that you WILL NOT be able to mount it to a stud wall unless it is firmly screwed in to wooden joists or whatever they are called. Unless you have a very skilled joiner/bathroom fitter they won’t be able to mount this on a partition or hollow wall (mine had to work some magic attaching something to the bottom so it rests on the bath and the wall doesn’t get all the weight).

Good quality screen. No horrid little corners or overlapping doors which are almost impossible to clean properly. Lovely streamlined appearance. There was a bit of a delay on delivery, but when I alerted customer services it all got sorted out quickly with apologies. So good all round.

Very good quality, seems waterproof, not too bad to install. Dark grey, not black which is what I wanted. Toilet and sink are lovely and the drawers are very nice too. I had a really old bathroom before, now it’s the best room in the house. Delivery was next day as paid for, wasn’t on a pallet, came in boxes, no damage at all and overall service was great. Seeing as it’s quite expensive I would recommend as I had no issues at all. Thanks again

They seen like quality doors. Heavy too. I thought the bits that make the doors have square panels would be metal, they're not, it's like a tape. Still I'm happy with them. I've seen previous comments how the middle bit isn't black, I don't know how it can't be black, it's part of the door. Got them in the sale and very happy.

I struggled to find a unit that would fit into my small bathroom. I am delighted with this product. It is well made and stylish. The sink is ample for my needs and the side shelf is very useful. Although the original handles were fine It was my preference to change to black. Ii have no hesitation in recommending this sink unit. It is an excellent buy.
