Had 3 replacement shower trays delivered as they all arrived damaged. Have a basin with manufacturing fault that wasn't noticed until after install and was a nightmare to uninstall. And lastly had a shower door with a crushed frame which I'm awaiting replacement. Very poor experience from yourselves . need to get on top off the dispatch team and use better couriers as my first order turned up with everything rattling around loose in the back .

Very disappointing experience. The product wasn’t suitable, which can happen, but the returns process is completely unreasonable. I repackaged everything carefully in original packaging, yet the return was refused because the box had been opened. You can’t assess a product without opening it. I also paid £40 shipping and now have a £140 item I can’t use. The “no returns” stance feels unfair and misleading. Buy at your own risk.
