Unfortunately the products I ordered arrived damaged and faulty. When explained the situation with We love bathrooms , it took over a week for anyone to actually help or try and do anything about it , when I mentioned about returning the products , I was told I have to return at my own cost. Felt let down by the costumer service and went direct to their supplier who helped me push this issue along. 2 weeks from purchase just to arrange a return yet not any info or help with potentially replacing
