Dreadful. Items arrived late and after 3 attempts to deliver a shower tray - all were damaged / broken.
Ages getting hold of customer services then even longer waiting for the refund - almost 3 weeks until money was returned. It's cheap for a reason!

The delivery was a joke, I waited in all day for a delivery, was on hold numerous times through the day for 30 mins and then after that you get cut off, so then you have to start the 30 mins on hold again!!! I finally got through to them at 4.45pm to be told that they weren't actually delivering it that day because they were out of stock of the radiator valves (the smallest item on our order) and due to this weren't sending anything out and didn't bother to tell me!! JOKE!

I placed an order on 02/09/25 and booked a designated delivery day. Waited in all day for nothing!! No notification, no update, nothing!!!
