We had a really appalling experience with WeLove. The bath received was incorrect, upon attempting to rectify they then sent not one but 2 further baths, both of which were still incorrect. They did not respond to emails so I’ve spent a long time on hold to them in attempt to sort, all while having 2 useless baths sitting in my own in limited space. They eventually picked them up but it took further pestering to finally get my refund! Do not recommend - poor customer service if things are wrong
