Do not use this company, never answer emails or voicemails left. Try make it as difficult as possible if you need to return anything and get a refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

As per previous review I’m still waiting on a £15 refund from 3 weeks ago and getting nowhere customer service is terrible

Awful. This experience has shown me that sometimes paying a little more with a reputable brand is worth it. We Love appear to have no control over their orders or customer experience. Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, shop elsewhere.

Part of my order didn’t arrive when chased was told it had been discontinued and I would have to chose another item, no communication and the new order also didn’t arrive after over a week chased again and was told would be another 3 days so had to cancel. 2 weeks later still no refund, terrible customer service.

Competitive prices via trade account but sadly the actual items that were delivered all had their own issues, some of which were due to sloppy assembly prior to delivery. Others which were clearly manufacturing issues which had been poorly repaired! All gave us more work to ensure the items were fit for installation. We are trade so didn’t have time to await replacements for the damaged / faulty items. Where we did have time to await replacement ie bath panel a new one was delivered promptly.

Ordered via the web site which was straightforward after contact with customer service prior to discuss delivery date. Phone conversation most pleasant and staff member very helpful. Comms fist rate as was delivery.

Buying was easy enough. The product turned up without notice. Fortunately I was in. I returned the item back to the showroom (100 mile round trip) as I thought the courier returns process was a bit of a pain and this would be far easier, also entitling me to a refund more swiftly. However, I had to wait 2 weeks for the refund to be approved, and finally received it 4 weeks later. The customer service phone line is a joke as they never answer it. I phoned the showroom and the staff there were lovely and polite and managed to sort the issue out for me so thank you to them.
