I used you for the first time and spent over £1,000 on my new bathroom.
You delivered the wrong screen I sent this back and asked for the correct screen to be delivered. I kept the fittings and advised you of this. You then dispatched a second screen, the fittings turned up within two days (which I did inform you I didn't need). I was told mty screen would be arriving the day after. I then called 3 weeks later to find out the screen had been smashed in transit, returned as faulty.
