I found out about you when my husband and I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast. We lived the pillows, so while getting ready for check-out, I pulled all the pillow cases out to see the tag on their pillows. And ah ha! The Phoenix Down Shop. Today I have 2 regular soft pillows and 2 king medium pillows we use as body pillows.

I’ve spoken with your sales team over the phone and they were extremely helpful and very nice. Ultimately I made my order over the phone. I would note that I had the flexibility of waiting, however it seemed that there was a significant period of time that I had to wait before the down comforter was available in the size I wanted. When it was available I ordered it since I had such a lovely experience at the Inn of Anastazi ( a Rosewood Hotel) in Santa Fe with your product.
