When I had on issue with my first order, a new order was created within minutes of my email with pictures and an explanation of the issue. Way above customer service experiences with other businesses.

Took two weeks to arrive. Don’t believe in their standard shipping policy cause the last order took 10 days. Frustrating considering we’re charged for shipping. And this product is not worth the full price. I only bought it cause I had a $10 gift card and it was also the Labor Day sale. This charm is more worth around $9 or $10, but not $19 + shipping and fees. I want to support this company, but these are not the standards that are advertised.
