The website has the Washington square location listed in a spot that is no longer accurate. I had to ask in another store wear purchase moved. I found the bus shaped kiosk and waited patiently while the person working finished her conversation with a young man just hanging out. I finally had to interrupt to ask to see the bag I wanted to purchase. It was a little annoying to feel like I was intruding just so I could buy that item.
