No phone numbers listed, or available to call for the Home office or at Wash Sq Mall. This is an insane customer service decision. However, I ordered the medium size online and received very quickly from Beaverton (to Vancouver) within 2 days, which was excellent, given this was for a bday gift. Thanks!

Disappointed. Nice form, poor function. Made so stiff that very little fits in it. Could not even take advantage of inner and outer zip compartments the crossbody is so stiff. I could not fit my slim wallet, cell phone, small recharger, EarPods, small comb, lip balm, tissue, pocket mirror, pen, keys, and my Oakley sunglasses. These are my essentials. Also requires a two-handed struggle to zip it up it is so stiff. Add more capacity to make up for the extensive stiffness.
