Sadly customer support isn’t what I’m looking for, when shopping. I hadn’t even RECEIVED the bag, when you advertised your Labor Day sale. I contacted you to see if I could get the sale price. It took 2 emails and 5 days for a real agent to respond that I was not eligible, despite AI assistant saying that I was. I’m looking to shop with companies with great customer service and this wasn’t the response to demonstrate that.
