Communications problems. I expressed my dislike of the quality of the locomotive and said I wanted to return it. I felt like I got the run around.
I was told to call the factory to get a new coupler to replace myself. I explained that my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. It fell on deaf ears. It took for me to say I was going to put on my N scale Facebook groups about this experience to get the return authorization.
Not a pleasant experience.
