Factory Direct Hobbies has a habit of sending partial shipments. Not all facilities are following the exact same protocols. Because the shipments arrive a different times, it can be difficult to determine if all items have arrived. I receive lots of incoming shipments and it can take me weeks and months to open all the packages. So, I cannot provide FDH with a 5-star rating on shipping as for me their method makes it difficult to know when everything has arrived. Missing items not replaced.
