Probably the worst customer experience I've ever had, particularly in terms of logistics. Poor communication, 10 weeks LATE for delivery (17 weeks total), then incomplete order, every one of 700+ holes in every cabinet drilled too shallow to accept shelf pins (confirmed by your staff, and yet to be fixed.). Offered $200.00 compensation on $6500.00. An order that took 4+ months to receive, then has manufacturing issues can't be expected to be highly rated.
