The Cabinets are beautiful. We chose a special custom colour and it looks wonderful in our newly renovated cottage. Now onto ordering a custom counter top! The delivery people were very careful at bringing everything in. They explained where the cabinets go and went through a checklist to make we had everything. I LOVE my RTI cabinets! They are beautifully made - solid wood doors and the custom paint work is amazing. I was waiting to have my cabinet finished with the countertop before my comments. The service from RTI was excellent. Every email and question was answered quickly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied with my cabinets that I ordered from them for my new island. 5 star for me. Only thing was it took longer getting for them coming in than I expected. Originally we went to Home Depot to price out cabinets for our feature wall(2500 bucks ) so we shopped around and found this company through a friend, they came at more than half the price ! (Less then 1000) came with kick plates and filler strips with all the hardware and shelf’s. Also better built. Originally they said three weeks turn around and they had them custom built and painted in less than that. Great customer support and I’ll be buying more down the road. Highly recommend.

RTI Cabinets was great to deal with. I had very specific requirements for a tight laundry room area, and RTI delivered to spec. The biggest challenge was getting my measurements right. But after measuring 5 times and ordering once, RTI delivered quality cabinets at an affordable price. They were ready on time and have helped to transform a laundry room. Will do business with RTI again, as our kitchen cabinets need a refresh!

I mean, this obviously isn't complete as I'm waiting on countertop - but what a dream drawer. It soft closes, the racks are adjustable, you can change the orientation of opening on order. It's a perfect insert. (and the installers loved how easy it was to remove the shelves for installation)

Great DIY project with the quality of production. Shopped Home Depot and glad I went for a local, Canadian manufacturer. Wonderful quality, great hinges and cabinet leveling feet. All cabinets fit well. All I needed to do was add dampeners to the doors and drawers. Mind you it is absolutely not necessary because of the soft closing hinges to all the doors, my favorite part of the cabinets.

We came across RTI through Kijiji and went to their shop to see the product in person. We were impressed with the quality but more so with the ability to customize the kitchen to our exact dimensions maximizing cabinet/drawer space. The process was smooth and they were delivered as promised. We looked at Home Depot, Lowes and IKEA and compared the price and the quality and hands down RTI cabinets were more solid and well built vs. any of them. Thanks Steve

Aside from missing an over fridge cabinet that was taken back beciause we couldn’t find it in their paperwork and still waiting for it. A couple chipped edges and the finish panel that goes up against the 96” long finish panel is only finished on 3 of the edges. I’ll have to glue on an edge finish and paint to match. As another couple people had commented would be nice to have the drawers deeper. Having all that wasted space is a bit disappointing.
