The whole order of RTI 1234105 was good quality and quite easy to install. The big concern for RTI cabinets is their customer service. RTI needs to have a dedicated representative that doesn’t simply have their cell phone sitting on their kitchen counter or their vehicle and trying to talk to people with screaming children in the background. Our cabinets are great & we love them! BUT the customer service & company we would not recommend. Never once were we emailed with updates, we had to reach out to ask. We were given estimated delivery date of 6-8 weeks & we did not get them for 14 weeks. Approximately 50% of the time, no one answers the phone. Emails are responded to within one business day. We are quite happy with the product itself. The cabinets are solid and we appreciated that we didn't have to assemble them. We were quite frustrated by the lack of communication and the multiple delays associated with our order. Whenever a date was missed no one reached out to us, we had to initiate contact every time. I purchased a number of cabinets to make up a lunch room in our office (small kitchen). the RTI Cabinets were at a price point that no one could match. The quality was as good or better than others. these have soft close hardware, full backs on cabinets, quality hardware. I had to give them a try. I am very happy I did.
