Cabinet overall quality is good other then a longer then expected delivery window

All products we received perfectly matched their online description, colour and performance. The 'snap away' hinges were an exceptional bonus.

The staff I emailed with were delightful and helpful. It all came crashing down when the cabinets didn’t fit because the supplied legs are too long.

Generally very good customer service but too much digital communication instead of actual personal contact.

Delivery committed 1 month after the order has been placed but actually cabinet was ready after 45 days after too much follow up. Valance light and filler were not ready at the time of pick up. They are cutting those while we wait outside more than half an hour. Services was very poor.

The Ladies were professional and added ideas and suggestions on the ordering, which helped us make sure that all cabinets lined up with the ones already installed.

Horrible customer service, huge delays production time was supposed to be 4-6 weeks now at week 10-11 still missing pieces because of errors made by them, with no proper compensation Horrible horrible customer service and they have no respect for there clients. All they say is sorry for the inconvenience with no effort to do better. I would not recommend these guys to anyone in a millions years. Absolutely horrible because of there lack of service they have costed me thousands of dollars of work

6-7 week estimate on ordering stretched to 3 months before receiving most of the kitchen. One cabinet minus a drawer front, no lazy Susan, and no bathroom vanity that was promised to come with the kitchen. Now looking at nearly 4 months since ordering and paying for that. An email said all was coming September 25, a phone call cancelled that and changed the pick up to 26, then that was changed to 27. Finally showed up about 4:00pm. Most of our writers had left by then on a Saturday. Stressful

I ordered my cabinets and paid for them in May. I had to be the one to follow up when the original delivery date was nearing, and it was, then I was told to check back in a month Over the course of time I was told they would be delivered the first week of September Which I took a week off to be available to receive them and then it became the second weekend in September. Then each day pick up pushed back again. I had to be available at 10:30 at night to take receipt of them without the panels.

My order took much longer than expected and when I was told the order was ready for pick up upon arrival I discovered that not all items were ready I had to wait another 4 days after waiting almost 10 weeks. Very unprofessional and poor customer service

The purchase of our cabinet order was simple and straightforward.

Great quality. measurements perfect and can’t beat the price!

Production of my small order took 14 weeks instead of the advertised 5-6 weeks. When we went to pick up, the dimensions on the bottom cabinets were too big and then we had to come back the next day. Lack of care was taken reading the design and the customer service was awful to get ahold of. Phone is never answered, you have to email only. They did give me a small refund for my troubles (less than 10% of my order) which was appreciated, but I would not recommend using this company.

It was very easy to order and when I had a question I called and received very good customer service and found them very knowledgeable and was pleased with my order and it was well below any estimate I had got from other companies

Responsive customer service, BUT Weeks late, with delivery dates changed many times. Hard to work with shifting goal posts.

Product is excellent, customer service not so much. Yes they answer email within 24 hours (no one picks up the phone), but they don't initiate contact when there are delays.

Unprofessional Service Rating: 1/5 I am writing this review as a warning to potential customers: steer clear of RTI Cabinets in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. My experience was nothing short of disastrous. The materials used were subpar, and the workmanship was atrocious. Imprecise cuts, ugly paintwork, and inconsistent with the color provided with a general lack of attention to detail made the final product unusable. Communication was non-existent. No customer service, no response to calls or mess
