I was overall impressed with the communication I had with CR fence even though I cannot talk to a real person on a telephone. I had to use god-awful AI and then an email was returned by a real person. A few parts did not show up. I asked for seven and I got one of the metal connectors which can easily be understood as late at night a seven could look like a one to me too. However, the missing of pieces arrived in just a few few days. If you're an accomplished builder renovator, these may seem a lite weight but perfect fro most DIY people.

Products arrived quickly and instructions and installation were easy.

They have horrible customer service. My order was missing all the included concrete hardware. I tried to get a hold of them via phone, text, and chat for 6 days. Not a single phone call was answered, no messages were returned. Via text, I was told that hardware isn't included, even though I proved their own documentation states it's included. They did try to sell me the $35 worth of missing hardware for $180. The chat bot kept telling me they were sending the hardware, but never delivered.

The rail arrived damaged. I followed all directions to contact customer support (text pictures). I had to continually pursue CS for updates for a replacement part. At one point they did provide a tracking number but were unable to provide who the delivery company was (FedEx, ups, usps). Very disappointed with their customer support and follow up. I wasted a lot of time for a simple solution

Easy to find what I needed, measuring guides were easy to follow, everything I wanted to know I found easily on your site. Shipped in a timely manner and support was super helpful even on a weekend.

the shipping process was extremely frustrating. My initial order arrived incomplete, and when a replacement was sent, it contained the wrong size. A third shipment was then required, which took nearly 10 days to arrive. The only compensation offered was a 10% discount, which doesn’t come close to covering the additional costs I incurred, including paying my contractor for delays.

This railing is solid, easy to install, and includes everything you could possibly need for installation — a pencil, the necessary drill bits, instructions, screws, even a drill bit holder, etc. That itself absolutely deserves five stars. But the part of this purchase that really shone was the fact that customer support was helpful -- well beyond the expected norm!

The design that I wanted, and was drawn by CR's designer, was not what I got. It wasn't explained clearly that I would have to cut railings, drill and insert rivet nuts, and make major modifications in order to have a 108" top rail with 3 posts.

Sent frr replacement end caps only charging for the shipment. Arrived quickly without a problem at the border due to TRUMP'S tariff war against the world especially Canada. Canada is now making better deals with many other countries. for example the F-35 vs Griffin Fighter - The Saab JAS 39 Gripen is a light single-engine supersonic multirole fighter aircraft manufactured by the Swedish aerospace and defence company Saab AB is a UCH better deal for Canada and gets us out of the VERY BAD F-35
