I purchased on the wallke bike website. The bike did not ship the next day. I realized one of the emails was asking me to confirm the shipping address. By the time I realized I had already missed a day. So I received the bike later then hoping. I wish this confirmation is not required.
Also, to NOT require a signature. I am not sitting at home all day everyday to receive the bike. This option should at customers request if they dont have a safe delivery spot at their residence.

I rated a three because it was confusing as to what amp hour battery I was getting. In small print that said 60 amp hours, but in bold print it said. 60/82 +22 turns out 60 amp hours is gonna give me all the battery power I need so I’m not worried about it, but it was a little confusing

There was a delay in shipment but I understand it’s because of the high demand and orders made
