I rated a three because it was confusing as to what amp hour battery I was getting. In small print that said 60 amp hours, but in bold print it said. 60/82 +22 turns out 60 amp hours is gonna give me all the battery power I need so I’m not worried about it, but it was a little confusing

It came without some equipment but cora has been cooperative and the equipment is on it’s way. I wish there was a phone number to call, but I understand it’s not a really big company YET so email replies might take a little time. I will update this review once the h9 bike is tested by me. Looking forward to it!

I got the M7 directly from wallke Ebike website, I bought it 150$ cheaper than Amazon more over they granted a pet trailer for free with it. There was a delay in shipment but I understand it’s because of the high demand and orders made Sales people are friendly courteous sent me a receipt and tracking # of shipment so I can follow up with them , so u get 100% customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
