Great Bike. The torque sencer allows for a smooth ride. When using full throttle it gets up to 38 MPH pretty quick. Handels well with the Pet Trailer and my 30 lb Boy in Tow. I live in a hilly area and it climbs just fine. This is my second Wallke. I have the H9 AWD witch is great for off road and thrill seekers. But from experience the AWD is almost too much. It's jerky. Wallke changed the way they shipped their bikes but the change was well thought out and the bikes arrived without any damage. The only weak link in the process was with FedEx in notifying when the bikes would be received. They either didn't update the tracking in their system or gave different delivery dates so that you didn't know what day it was coming. We bought two X2 bikes and we absolutely love them! We would have bought the X3 but they were on a month delay for backorder and we didn't care enough about the differences to wait, plus we prefer the mag wheels to spokes. For me, the smaller battery size is the only real negative in the X2/X3 comparison. This bike is a beast! I have had it about a month and a half and absolutely no issues have come up. The ride is so enjoyable - shocks and padded saddle to ride in comfort, throttle and cruise control make the ride effortless. They are a completely Honest Company because I was charged a fee for international charge from Hong Kong which I've never been charged that fee on any of my other bikes. This bike is huge, I don't think I've ever seen a bike this big before. I am 185 cm 85 kg, which is 6'1, 185 lbs. It fits great and you can ride pretty high up so you can ride for a long time. The back battery is kind of difficult to put on so that it doesn't hit your seat but it's doable. Do not drive it fast on the beach. Before I wrote my review, I wanted to put some days and miles on the bike. I have ridden it for about 100 miles and for about 3 weeks. Let’s start off with its high points. 1. It has power. Being a big guy at 6' 2" 225lbs the X3 Max was a perfect choice for me, and i can even take my wife on rides. At 58 my knees are not as good as they used to be, riding over 500 miles in the few months that i have had it, has been a blessing. I would never have been able to do that with a regular bike. First of all, the bike is great. Maybe it's a guy thing about dual motors because it's a real kick in the pants! I did a fair amount of research prior to buying and I can tell you that this is by far not the fastest dual motor, 26" fat tire bike on the market but it's strong. I'm over 70 years old so going fast wasn't really a requirement. It'll easily do 28-33 mph which is fast enough for me. I love this bike, it has a ton of power. I tested it on a few places with a steep incline and it had zero issues going right up the steep slopes without my help at all. I've owned it for about a couple weeks now and I've only charged the battery once when I unboxed the bike and even now its still at 80% charge.
