Smooth and easy!

Right after I bought my bike there was an offer for a free basket. The next day and I tried to call someone but couldn’t get a hold of anyone.

So far response times to questions and general help have been good

Add lies about rack n basket its a scam they are still running but u don't get the rack or basket they say promotional rack expired. Tried to cancel order and was threatened with a huge restocking fee

customer service not helping me get the parts i need its been a while now and nothing, bike came totally damage

The rim has a problem or the tire.

Bike does everything I needed. Rating will be a 5 after the only 1 problem is solved. When pull a fairly steep hill. Both motors cut out. Until stop bike and start again. If much hill remains. Both motors cut out again.

Great fun to ride!

Overall I am glad I brought the H9 ultra, will definitely recommend this ebike.

I am very happy with my H9 Ultra. I have less than 100 miles so a review later would be more appropriate. The bike was well packed and assembled easily. I asked a few questions and the company responded quickly and provided the information I needed.

Price was good and delivery was fast

Love the bike overall but am having issues with the motor making a knocking noise and not functioning properly after 600 miles.

You are very misleading. I ordered a H9 AWD with 60Ah and 22AH battery. What I got was a 40AH battery. Very misleading

Excellent experience. I loved that Wallke confirmed that I was ordering the correct charger by having me send photos of the bike.

I love it - it's a tank. However, my rear brake stopped working and I haven't been able to find a premade brake line that's long enough. I do love the bike though - it's a blast!!!!

Canada is perpetually sold out so have to buy from USA. Customer service is great though.

I think I got a good deal on the bike I like everything except for the suspension is not that good navigating the menu on the display is impossible. I think also a support should be available seven days a week. Also, my rear seat on the H7 is kinda unusable since there’s no pegs and the kickstand is in an awkward position. And I don’t like the free bag that was included with this purchase because the bag won’t go anywhere. It does not fit this bike.

My bike said in stock when ordering but got it 3 months later and it is unrideable.

Showed up sooner than expected.
