Very good support technique

Well, ultimately, i am happy with the product. And now that i have figured out that they really care, i am more patient with their customer service. If communication was a bit more proactive on Wallke's part, it is an easy 5 star.

Very good

Wallke seems to be very responsive as a company ensuring i had a good experience.

A+

I love the bike there afew tings like screws came loss the reflective plastic on the pedals fold out I have to glue them on the rest is beautiful easy for fold and unfold and hard to find a hitch carrier capable for this ebike

It was a little difficult with the time difference to get a hold of anybody but once I did they were very forthcoming being that we bought two bikes they gave me an extra discount which really helped cuz we're both on permanent disability

There was a mixup when ordered. Once we straightened it out it went smoothly.

Amazing

No issues. Straight forward.

Everything went great! Packages arrived on time and was exactly what I needed.

I’ve had three of their ebikes and have loved them all!

Not a great company or product. I would not recommend.

A failed experiment.

Support would answer any questions in a timely manner. They were excellent.

I found the details and description of the Wallke H7 Ultra almost exact. No surprise only satisfaction. Order and delivery also as stated. Wallke's making a positive difference in ebike adventure.

Excellent customer service

I Just Love Wallke E-bikes && The Name Wallke!

So far so good! I like it.

Good

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I had a frustrating issue with my WALLKE H7 Ultra where the speed would drop to 0 mph while riding and the motor would cut in and out. The troubleshooting process took some time, and there was some confusion because I initially received only the replacement motor core instead of both the motor core and controller. That delayed getting my bike back on the road. However, I want to give credit where it’s due. WALLKE’s support team stayed in communication with me throughout the process

Perfection

We hesitated before purchasing because I emailed the sales team with a few pre-purchase questions and never received a response. As a first-time customer making a significant investment, that almost caused me to buy from another company. Fortunately, I decided to move forward anyway, and I’m so glad I did.

Very responsive and easy to ride

Very fast !! Really like it!! Great Bike for the money!!

Wish I received my rack and basket with the bike but understand that supply chain issues happen

Everything has been as expected!

5 stars

Smooth and easy!

Right after I bought my bike there was an offer for a free basket. The next day and I tried to call someone but couldn’t get a hold of anyone.

So far response times to questions and general help have been good

Bike does everything I needed. Rating will be a 5 after the only 1 problem is solved. When pull a fairly steep hill. Both motors cut out. Until stop bike and start again. If much hill remains. Both motors cut out again.

Great fun to ride!

Overall I am glad I brought the H9 ultra, will definitely recommend this ebike.

Great price, fast shipping.

Good stuff

The staff is very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any issues. They are a good company that for the most part makes a decent bike for the money.

I love the Wallke X3 Pro Max 2024/2025

Exxellent!
