I love the bike there afew tings like screws came loss the reflective plastic on the pedals fold out I have to glue them on the rest is beautiful easy for fold and unfold and hard to find a hitch carrier capable for this ebike

It was a little difficult with the time difference to get a hold of anybody but once I did they were very forthcoming being that we bought two bikes they gave me an extra discount which really helped cuz we're both on permanent disability

There was a mixup when ordered. Once we straightened it out it went smoothly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I had a frustrating issue with my WALLKE H7 Ultra where the speed would drop to 0 mph while riding and the motor would cut in and out. The troubleshooting process took some time, and there was some confusion because I initially received only the replacement motor core instead of both the motor core and controller. That delayed getting my bike back on the road. However, I want to give credit where it’s due. WALLKE’s support team stayed in communication with me throughout the process

Perfection

We hesitated before purchasing because I emailed the sales team with a few pre-purchase questions and never received a response. As a first-time customer making a significant investment, that almost caused me to buy from another company. Fortunately, I decided to move forward anyway, and I’m so glad I did.

Smooth and easy!

Right after I bought my bike there was an offer for a free basket. The next day and I tried to call someone but couldn’t get a hold of anyone.

So far response times to questions and general help have been good

Bike does everything I needed. Rating will be a 5 after the only 1 problem is solved. When pull a fairly steep hill. Both motors cut out. Until stop bike and start again. If much hill remains. Both motors cut out again.

Great fun to ride!

Overall I am glad I brought the H9 ultra, will definitely recommend this ebike.
