placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive the item or even an update on the shipping status. It’s extremely disappointing to pay for something and be left completely in the dark with no communication or tracking information.
This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on your customer service. I expected better and hope this issue is addressed, not just for my order, but for future customers as well.
