About a month ago, I received my fum, and since have been slowly weaning off the bad habit! It’s always in my pocket, being inhaled or fidgeted with. The maple black pepper are my favourite cores. I really really wish I had invented this gadget!

This is the first aide that’s worked. The crisp mint flavor cools the lungs and it feel like a reel drag. It also tastes like menthol. Great product and will probably purchase a second.

I like the fidgeting property on the Prominent device. All the flavors that came with my Journey Pack taste good in their own way. I think right now my favorite flavor is Maple Pepper, White Cranberry comes in at a close second. The Olive Wood barrel looks really elegant as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Fum is great and it works. Pretty much too well. I set out on a 90 day journey and I couldn’t tell you how far past that I am now. But I didn’t even use my Fum every day before the 90 days was up because I just didn’t need to hit anything. And now I keep my Fum as a reminder and just in case I need a hit . Awesome product and very pick up able. Construction is top notch. Perfect for the fidgeter in all of us with the clicks and magnetic snap. 25 days in and it has 100% replaced my bad habits. I find myself picking this up more just to hold and fidget with and then "hitting" to get that great refreshing exhale when needed. It is truly amazing. I've had it for about 2 months now, and I can say that it has helped control cravings and change my habits for the better. My favourite cores are the orange vanilla and crisp mint. However, I'm an aviation engineer, so the barrel gets stained a grey tint by grease/oil with time because it's made of lighter wood. Honestly I think it helped a lot. I got flavor with every hit and it helped with the oral fixation even though I still have that. But it's perfect if you're one of those people who picks something up and loses interest in about a month or so because you will also slowly lose the oral fixation like me!

Im kind of an OG when it comes to FUM, i loved the old pipes, and wasnt much up for change. BUT i finally decided to try the new one, and the new flavours. The new pipe is a touch a genious. 8 months and still going strong with this good habit. Mint has been my favorite but today I ordered cinnamon and spearmint. Can't wait to try these new flavors, I imagine the spearmint will be similar to the mint cores. I also ordered a new barrel, as you can see mine looks well used.
