upon buying a collar I paid for express delivery. It was not clear on the website that because I added personalisation it was not possible to deliver using express delivery even though the website allowed me to pay for it. Bully Billows would not refund the extra that I paid even as a gesture of goodwill. They have lost any future custom from me I'm afraid. Dreadful service.
