Return or asking for a replacement isnāt or doesnāt seem straightforward. There doesnāt seem to be a simple chick here for return replace. I found it after a while but could be easier, but once Iād done it and waited the few days for the email to comeback with the return details it was ok and from then on it all went well. I just feel it made me I had to do the work to rectify the issue. I have bought a lot from BullyBillows, when I 1st go my dog I had a similar issue so didnāt send it back.
