I ordered a bit late for our party but with some help from bighammer getting it to me sooner they all arrived in time.

Great. My card was flagged as a possible fraud charge. Before the card company notified me, I already had a call from Big Hammer notifying of the discrepancy. Big Hammer is on top of things!

UPS held up the wine for several days. But it wasn’t ruined. The staff at BH are always very helpful and respond quickly.

All great except the delivery by UPS. They changed the date on us three times and we must be present to sign.
