I had an issue when my case of wine was delivered to the Macy’s loading dock by UPS-, but after a few phone calls, it was redirected to my home. Otherwise always a good experience with BHW.

Apps terrible & needs improvement for better user experience, regarding filters. No one cares what’s sold out, add an available wines option, app should remember end user’s preferences! I.E. I drink reds & cook with whites, prefer red blends, Cab Francs, Pinots, and Grenaches but shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel with app. Finally, keep items in cart for instead of emptying it daily! Fix when you continue shopping from cart view, app forgets filters & page you were shopping on! UPDATE ASAP

It was good at first until I got a call 30 mins after my purchase. The rep was trying to upset the expedited shipping option, stating the hot weather was going to delay the delivery 5 days. This was a turnoff after my purchase, not what I expected.
