Did not get the wines I ordered

Everything arrived week wrapped and on time. Love BHW!

New member and have had good experience with Big Hammer Wines!

The mystery case was not at all as it was sounded or appeared to be’ I got 2 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon

I’ll say more once I have tasted the Italian selections.

I’ve built my business on the concept of “under promise and over deliver”, I’m not seeing that. In my humble opinion, you over hype. Your comparison prices are inflated, and consumers have several arenas to confirm. For example, Beau Vigne Cult 2023 is under $30.00 at Costco. Sorry, you asked!

Overall you sell very good wines at a fair and decent price. Sometimes your reviews are to move a wine lot, and not necessarily indicative of the quality of a particular wine. But it's our job to discern the hype from the realistic review that is at times challenging.
