It took quite a long time coming

Terrible service placating emails is all you will receive as delivery won’t get you the item

Waited a long time. Tracking not linked to a courier to contact. I emailed to say that it’s not arrived and have been told to look at tracking which is showing it as delivered. Starting to think that this is a scam as I bought from instagram.

I have been trying to get someone to let me know which video to watch on the App to use the Accessories kit as there is suppose to be a specific video for this kit, but I have not yet received a response, so I can't respond on using the mat because I haven't yet.
