Terrible experience - would never buy again:

The shipping was too long. 3 weeks from ordering.

The online experience was good, due to high demand, the kit took over a month to arrive. Thankfully we were kept updated on the progress.

Box came in damaged, delivery date was longer than expected. Goods inside were in tact. I missed personal note. The marketing branding does not fit the actual product delivery

It took a while for the board to arrive - the customer service team were lovely and tracked my order ensuring that it was on it's way. I waited almost 4 weeks for my board.

Products been shipped from China- probably costs them about £10 but selling for £110 more. Scammers and cant even return without forking out another £50. Worst company i have ever purchased from

The mini reformer is a great piece of equipment and really does work rhe body!

Communication was good, shipping took a little while but had been advised of this so was expecting it.

I was kept updated of dispatch and delivery. The website was really straightforward and easy to place my order and make payment.

The board took a long time to arrive and although I received a lot of email updates this was frustrating. I considered returning the board when I realised how awkward the resistance bands were and that they couldn't both be linked to one point but having to cover the cost of return to the Netherlands makes that a very expensive option.

Sent multiple emails and got a response the third time round.

Cheap and flimsy material, partially damaged during transit.

Quick delivery and good communication when I had a question.
