My order was delivered in 2 parcels and the bord arrived 1 week later than expected. I've contacted customer service because I was notified that my order has been delivered so I panicked and raised the issue with the team. Well I received response the same day and I can't fault them! Brilliant product and brilliant service.

App still does not allow me to use it. Have to use email link when I first signed up. The app freezes in the middle of a work out. App needs some attention.

I’ll be honest, as soon as I bought this, I started panicking that it might be a scam. I’m generally quite mistrusting of anything I buy through Facebook. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised by everything: the product itself, the quality, the customer service, and even the continued support after purchasing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an at-home system that actually comes with real support and motivation from an online community.

Im loving the board and program so much. I'm walking up muscles that have been asleep for a long time. 6 days in and I can already feel the changes

I haven’t been able to start yet as I am recovering from back surgery. My surgeon recommended reformer Pilates so I am really looking forward to getting started early in the new year

I am halfway through the 28 day challenge and loving it so far (although the background music is soooo repetitive.) I showed it to a friend of mine who is a Pilates instructor and she was skeptical at first but then led me though the first two days and admitted she was very surprised at how effective it was and how it keeps form during the sessions.

Absolutely love this. Always wanted to do reformer Pilates but didn’t have the time or money. This is a great investment and I actually enjoy exercising. Great customer service and videos to show you how to use the reformer.

I love the equipment. I was skeptical at first, but I found videos of exercises to use with the equipment and that made it even better. I actually enjoy working out now whereas before I did not!

Absolutely love it! Just what I needed after gaining a bit of strength from morning beginner Pilates workouts online.. I’m on next level now and getting stronger and stronger.. 28 day challenge is brilliant.. Thank you!

I really like the easy way you can use this board. The excercises that are included are explained with videos that you can watch. I'm enjoying my 28 day challenge so far!

I love my pliates Reformer, but I haven't been able to use it as i hurt my shoulder so I have hopefully 2 more weeks then im ready to start my journey

I didn't think a 15 minute workout on this pilates board would amount to much. One hour after my first workout, my body is still feeling it. I am looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

Customer services were quick to respond to my enquiry 👍 I have now used my board 3 times and, although hard work, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy to store and love the colour (Purple Passion)

The Board is nice, some of the exercises with the strenght Bands are bit easy but all in all Happy with it. Though for me it Sounds totally unreal to lose weight after using it for some weeks with the super short Videos, perhaps because I was quite trained before and it didnt quite have an Impact for me yet

It took me a ling time to decide to purchase the reformly board. Read a lot of mixed reviews. Shipping was much quicker than I expected, about 2-3 weeks. I received emails informing me of updates regarding the purchase, shipping and delivery of the board. I have tried the board for the first time today and so far so good. I’m quite impressed with the board, its fittings and the app with the exercises.

Got my Reformly 2 weeks ago and been doing the 28 day challenge. Finding it great. It has helped me to stay motivated. The classes are good and I feel a great place to start for someone who has never done pilates before and getting back into exercising. It is challenging but it feels good and do-able. I am feeling really motivated to keep going and see if I can maintain the regular exercise. The board is great and helps with the exercises and just slips easily under my sofa.
