There are no clear instructions of returning the product

App is horrible! Needs professional attention!

The reformer board was great, the false statement about the 4 free items was very disappointing.

The shopping experience was fine but there should be more instructions about how to access the resources on the site for the first time.

My mat that I ordered never delivered and everytimes I contacted to customer service, they are not address my problem well. I got my board but I didn't received my mat for 3 weeks and they always said my board got delivered even though I was asking for my MAT

Terrible app and website

I ordered a mat that came in with holes and the reformer board that was never shipped.

I got my machine but was still getting emails that it was on its way. Causing me to think I had been charged multiple times.

It was great. Still haven’t received my mat

Board itself is good! The online platform and accompanying workouts are not as advertised

The add said that we had 100 days to return the product after trying it out. I have gotten nothing but a hard time in trying to return the product. I was told 30 days in an unopened package. How do I know if I like it or not if I don't open it? I will be returning it & expect a full refund.

I feel like I got taken advantage of. I feel like I am not getting everything I was promised when I made the purchase. I feel like customer service via email is stringing me along and not being helpful at all.

I have yet to receive the Reform Board . I contacted the company and have not gotten an updated response of when I will receive it

I can't load the application on my iPhone or iPad. It's stuck in asking for my user name and bio. I've tried multiple suggestions from support, to which none work. A complete waste of money!

See previous notes that I specifically addressed before I bought the product and when it where I really wanted to have in a future of spending over $100 was the demonstrations on how to use it

I do love the board. I dislike the fact i have to order the board and need a subscription to go with it. I like how it does come with some workouts for free however i am deeply upset i was offered 200plus workouts and then told it was all of the workouts so it is misleading. Overall i enjoy the board and the workouts that are available to me. One suggestion would be to add videos on just form so we can see were doing it correctly instead of guessing.

It took approximately 2 weeks to receive the board. While waiting on the board I downloaded the Reformly application. The day I received the board I went to the application. The application had started over. It was asking for all of my info again. It wouldn’t move floor the next screen. I deleted the app and tried to start over. The application still did not work. I clicked on the link provided in the email and that didn’t work. Super disappointed

It is horrible!

I cannot use the app, I’ve tried returning my Pilates bundle as I ordered it by accident and no one will give me a direct answer and keep trying to get me to return the Pilates board. Frustrating customer service.

Not receiving my full order was very disappointing. Charging for an app for workouts also is pretty poor service.
