Hard to get a hold of the company. The timer that came with my board was broken and needs to be replaced.

Highly recommended to others

Love it! At first, I thought this isn't going to work very well...not enough effort. I was wrong. After the first 5 days, I could feel it working. Simple but effective with regular use. Only 15-20 minutes.

The videos don’t actually explain how to use the board and give no support for technique. They assume a level of fitness and familiarity with the equipment and don’t support anyone outside this. I honestly don’t know if I’m using the board correctly because there is no instruction

Board is great and general free workouts are good. All the bundled workouts were missing and customer support doesn't exist
